A Great Cup of Coffee from Fresh Whole Beans — Always A Cut Above the Rest

Twenty years ago, Capresso pioneered and introduced the first combination coffee maker/conical burr grinder in the US, giving coffee lovers an appliance that made it extremely convenient to enjoy their morning (or afternoon) cup of joe from freshly ground beans. Our first model, the CoffeeTEAM S was named “Coffee Maker of the Year,” on the TODAY Show.

The innovation continues with the introduction of our new CoffeeTEAM PRO. With new technology and design, we’ve once again created a bean-to-carafe experience that’s a cut above the rest. Coffee lovers will go with the PRO for its attention to detail in design.

Our new video shows all the new advanced features for convenience and practicality, such as:

  • A removable 7-ounce bean container is easy to unlock and lift off even when filled with beans, whether to refill beans or access the grinder for cleaning.
  • A removable upper conical burr, for easy cleaning. This is the only coffeemaker/conical burr grinder combination that allows you to remove and clean the burrs.
  • A removable water container for fast filling and easy cleaning.
  • A two-step grind and clean chamber that automatically cleans the grinder after every cycle
  • A special setting for oily dark roasted beans, for the extra grinding time that these slow-moving beans require.
  • Sleek stainless steel exterior.
  • Easy to custom program, including quantity and brew strength. It can also be set to initiate brewing at a pre-set time, allowing you to wake up and smell the freshly brewed coffee every morning.

The Capresso CoffeeTEAM PRO Glass has an actual retail price of $219.99.

Ideas For Using Your Coffee Grounds

Next time you enjoy your morning cup (or two) of coffee, save those grounds! Check out these five great ways you can put them to use.

  1. Remove Household Odors

Fill a bowl with coffee grounds and place near pesky odors. The coffee grounds will help absorb smells, leaving a nice coffee aroma.

  1. Exfoliate Hands and Skin

Gently exfoliate and reenergize your skin by applying coffee grounds to wet skin, then rinsing. Or, blend with a natural base oil, such as coconut oil, to leave your hands feeling soft and smelling wonderful.

  1. Clean Hard-to-Clean Dishes

Sprinkle coffee grounds onto hard-to-clean dishes before washing. The absorbent grounds and coarse texture make them ideal for scrubbing away grease and grime.

  1. Nurture Plants

Toss coffee grounds into your garden or potted plants to help your plants grow. The coffee grounds add organic material and microorganisms to the dirt.

  1. Help Compost

Add used coffee grounds to your compost pile for an added source of nitrogen to help soil and compost break down faster.

Southern Sweet Tea

– ½ – ¾ cup sugar or simple syrup

– 8 black tea bags

Using your Capresso Iced Tea Maker add sugar or simple syrup directly to the pitcher. Fill pitcher with ice to the ice level marking and place pitcher with lid onto the machine. If using granulated sugar, we suggest adding the ice to the pitcher after brewing so the sugar can dissolve more easily. Place tea bags into the brew basket and close lid. Turn on machine and let brew. After brewing, pour tea into ice- filled glasses. Enjoy!
