–       8 ounces non-fat milk

–       1 tbsp vanilla syrup

–       4 ounces espresso

–       2 tbsp Lucky Charms® cereal

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk and vanilla syrup to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Warm button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off.  Pour 2 ounces of espresso into each glass, and then fill glasses with steamed milk. Top with frothed milk and cereal. Enjoy!

Red Tea Latte

Start the New Year with a Red Tea Latte. This caffeine-free drink is full of antioxidants, plus it has a sweet spice flavor that you’re sure to enjoy.

–       ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

–       8 ounces of Rooibos tea

 

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Warm button. After about 2 minutes, slowly add the vanilla extract. Wait for frother to automatically shut off.  Pour 4 ounces of tea into glasses, and then fill glasses with steamed milk. Top with frothed milk and enjoy!

Cinnamon Key Lime Ginger Latte

Cinnamon Key Lime Ginger Latte

2 servings

  • 2 Key Lime Ginger herbal tea bags
  • 6 oz. water
  • 8 oz. nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp. Monin cinnamon syrup
  • Ground cinnamon

 

Using your teaC100, bring water to a boil. Place 1 key lime ginger tea bag in each cup and pour 4 oz. of boiling water into each cup. While tea is steeping, place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC. Add milk and cinnamon syrup to the frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. Wait for the frother to shut off automatically. Remove the tea bags from cups and pour the hot frothed milk over the Key Lime Ginger tea. Garnish with ground cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!

 

Pumpkin Pie Latte

Our Pumpkin Pie Latte is bursting with sweet fall flavors. Made with pumpkin puree and Torani vanilla syrup, this recipe is easy to prepare in the Capresso froth TEC Milk Frother. With this drink, there’s no need to visit the coffee shop for pumpkin spice drinks.

–       8 ounces 2% milk

–       1 teaspoon sugar free Torani vanilla syrup

–       2 teaspoons light brown sugar

–       2 teaspoons pumpkin puree

–       1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

–       whipped cream, for garnish

–       cinnamon stick, for garnish

 

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk and vanilla syrup to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. After about 2 minutes, slowly add the brown sugar, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Café Miel

A warm Café Miel is the true taste of fall. Milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey come together to form a delicious spiced froth. Try our version using the Capresso froth TEC Milk Frother.

–       4 shots brewed espresso

–       8 ounces milk

–       2 tablespoons honey

–       ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

–       ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

–       dash of ground nutmeg (optional)

 

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. After about 3 minutes, slowly add the honey. Wait for frother to automatically shut off.  Meanwhile, brew 4 shots of espresso with your Capresso espresso machine and separate between 2 mugs. Pour frothed milk on top of the brewed espresso, top with ground nutmeg. Stir if desired. Enjoy!

–       2 tsp honey (we used raw unfiltered Texas wildflower honey)

Place lid and press the Warm button. After about 2 minutes, remove frother lid and add honey to the frothing pitcher. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour into demitasse glasses and spoon froth on top.

– 2 tsp. Trader Joe’s Speculoos Cookie Butter, melted

 

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. Meanwhile, place cookie butter in microwave-safe bowl and heat for 50 seconds, stirring in 10-second intervals until cookie butter has a liquid consistency. After about 3 minutes, remove frother lid and add cookie butter to the frothing pitcher. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Serve in mugs and enjoy.

Dairy-Free Herbal Tea Latte

At the end of a long day, we like to unwind with a calming, hot glass of Dairy-Free Herbal Tea Latte. It’s made with Sleepytime® Herbal Tea, with a soothing blend of all-natural herbs, and Silk Pure Almond® Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk, for a creamy texture and a touch of sweetness.

Herbal Tea Latte

2 servings

– 8 oz. Silk Pure Almond® Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk

– 8 oz. water

– 2 teabags of Sleepytime® Herbal Tea

Fill your teaC100 with water, set dial to 212° and press the power button. Once water has boiled, steep tea by pouring 4 ounces of water over Sleepytime teabag into each cup. Meanwhile, place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Fill each cup with 4 ounces of frothed milk and enjoy.

Note: If you prefer to use dairy milk, we recommend skim milk for this recipe.

Mulled Apple Cider

Apple season is in full swing. We’re pairing this seasonal fruit with our favorite fall spices to create our version of Mulled Apple Cider. Not only is this drink is packed with flavor; the frothed milk adds a wonderful texture. Try it today — your taste buds will thank you.

 

 

Mulled Apple Cider

1 serving

–       8 oz apple juice

–       1 cinnamon stick

–       1 tsp whole cloves

–       orange peel

–       lemon peel

–       4 oz. non-fat milk

–       freshly ground cinnamon (to garnish)

Place the frothing disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add milk and press the Hot button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Meanwhile, place apple juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, orange peel and lemon peel into a microwave-safe glass. Place glass in microwave and heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds on High. Remove glass from microwave. Remove cinnamon stick, cloves and peels from the glass so only the apple juice remains in the glass. (Please use caution as liquid is hot.) Spoon frothed milk over apple juice and top with freshly ground cinnamon.

Vanilla Spiced Cider

With a wonderful aroma, this Vanilla Spiced Cider Froth combines our favorite fall flavors into one delicious drink. It’s the perfect warm beverage for the season.

With the Capresso froth PLUS, not only can you froth any type of milk to the perfect consistency in just a few minutes, it can also be used to froth juices. Frothed juice adds a wonderfully light texture to beverages. Place the frothing disk in your froth PLUS and experiment with your favorite fall flavors like apple and cranberry.

 

 

Vanilla Spiced Cider Froth

2 serving

–       4 oz. sweetened vanilla almond milk

–       10 oz. apple juice

–       ¼ tsp. cinnamon

–       ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Place the heating disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg and press the Warm button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour cider evenly into two cups.  Rinse the frothing pitcher with cold water. Next, replace the heating disk with the frothing disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. (Caution: frothing pitcher may be hot.) Add milk to frothing pitcher and press Hot button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Spoon froth evenly over cups of cider and enjoy.

Note: Use 4 oz. of non-fat milk and ½ tsp of vanilla in place of sweetened vanilla almond milk, if desired.
