With a wonderful aroma, this Vanilla Spiced Cider Froth combines our favorite fall flavors into one delicious drink. It’s the perfect warm beverage for the season.

With the Capresso froth PLUS, not only can you froth any type of milk to the perfect consistency in just a few minutes, it can also be used to froth juices. Frothed juice adds a wonderfully light texture to beverages. Place the frothing disk in your froth PLUS and experiment with your favorite fall flavors like apple and cranberry.

Vanilla Spiced Cider Froth

2 serving

–       4 oz. sweetened vanilla almond milk

–       10 oz. apple juice

–       ¼ tsp. cinnamon

–       ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Place the heating disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg and press the Warm button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour cider evenly into two cups.  Rinse the frothing pitcher with cold water. Next, replace the heating disk with the frothing disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. (Caution: frothing pitcher may be hot.) Add milk to frothing pitcher and press Hot button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Spoon froth evenly over cups of cider and enjoy.

Note: Use 4 oz. of non-fat milk and ½ tsp of vanilla in place of sweetened vanilla almond milk, if desired.

This sounds so good! I love the idea of jazzing up apple cider.
