2 servings

– 8 oz. coconut milk

– 1 tbsp Nutella

– Whipped cream

– Chocolate sprinkles

Place the frothing disk in your Capresso froth MAX and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. After about three minutes, remove frother lid and add Nutella. Replace lid and wait for frother to automatically shut off. Serve in mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.

Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

– 8 oz. skim milk

– 2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped

– 1 tsp molasses

– ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

– ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

– ¼ tsp ground ginger

– Whipped cream

We took the classic chocolate and caramel flavor combination and made it into a wonderful and fun drink. Caramel Hot Chocolate with Milky Way® Pieces

–       8 oz. non-fat milk

–       4 tbsp. chocolate syrup

–       2 tsp. caramel sauce, plus more for garnish

–       Milky Way® Pieces (chopped)

Place the heating disk in your Capresso froth Select and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add milk to the frothing pitcher and place the dial on Hot Froth . After 2 minutes, add chocolate syrup. Wait for the frother to automatically shut off. Place 1 teaspoon of caramel sauce in each cup and pour the hot milk over the caramel sauce. Top with caramel sauce and chopped Milky Way® pieces.

–       8 oz. whole milk

–       3 oz. heavy cream

–       ¼ cup sugar

–       5 oz. semisweet chocolate, grated

Place the heating disk in your Capresso froth PRO. Add milk and cream into frothing pitcher, place lid and press the Warm button. After one minute, remove the frother lid and slowly add sugar and grated chocolate. Replace lid and wait for frother to automatically shut off. Serve warm in four demitasse cups.

Tip: For a true Parisian experience, serve your Le Chocolat Chaud with a croissant or baguette.  If you were in Paris you could order this combination by simply asking for “Café Complet.”
