Coffee à la Carte: Easy as 1-2-3

Can’t decide what to brew?  Capresso’s new Coffee à la Carte gives you options – whether it’s a single cup of coffee or tea, or a full carafe of coffee.  It’s the next generation of coffee brewing.

Coffee A La Carte

Fast and efficient, it brews a single cup of coffee in less than 60 seconds, and a full 42-ounce carafe in less than 6 minutes, always to the optimal temperature above 200 degrees F.  Using the Coffee à la Carte is a breeze, with completely customizable brewing and sizing options.  The machine features four presets for Small, Large, Carafe or Tea.  Your perfect brew is just a push of a button away.

The innovative brewing system automatically adjusts to the amount of ground coffee in the filter, fully saturating it for the correct amount of time.  Adjust the strength of your coffee by adding as little or as much ground coffee in the filter as you like.

While embracing the single-cup phenomenon, it also brings to the table the versatility and convenience of a classic carafe system, as well as tea brewing ability.  Entertaining is easy, because brewing 42 ounces of luxurious hot coffee in the glass carafe will help you serve many guests at once.

Tea lovers will appreciate the additional tea filter, to prevent any flavor exchange between coffee and tea.  Simply fill with loose tealeaves or a tea bag, and steep a cup of 5 to 10 ounces of your favorite blend.

The Coffee à la Carte is less than 7-inches wide, and the filters, carafe and drip tray are all dishwasher safe for easy maintenance.

Coffee & Spices:

The Cool Grind Blade Grinder is designed for grinding whole coffee beans for flavorful drip or percolator coffee. It features a large stainless steel grinding chamber that reduces heat build-up and preserves aroma. But don’t stop at coffee beans, this versatile grinder can also be used as a spice grinder. Use it to grind peppercorns, coriander seeds or other dried spices to make a spice rub, or try grinding flax seeds or chia seeds into powder for a healthy boost to baked goods.

For Any Coffee Maker:

The Capresso Burr Grinder offers 17 grind settings so you can select the ideal grind for any brewing device from espresso machine to French Press. This is Capresso’s most economical burr grinder and it delivers a highly consistent grind.

Top of the Line:

The Infinity Conical Burr Grinder features professional grade conical steel burrs and a full range of grind settings, from Turkish fine to coarse. The machine produces the slowest grinding action, with little static build-up and the lowest noise to deliver maximum aroma and flavor retention.

To brew the most flavorful cup of coffee, keep these tips in mind:

  • Only grind what you need now; don’t grind coffee beans for the whole week. Ground coffee interacts with the air around it and within hours loses a great deal of flavor.
  • Store ground coffee in an airtight, dark container and store in a cool and dry place.
  • Clean your grinder often. Coffee oils can deposit inside the grinding chamber and become rancid. We recommend cleaning daily with a damp cloth and make sure that all parts are completely dry before its next use.
