Iced Mango White Tea Latte

Did you know June is National Iced Tea Month? We took light and fruity mango white tea and turned it into a refreshing iced latte for a warm June day.

Iced Mango White Tea Latte

2 servings

 

–       8 oz mango white tea, or any fruit flavored white tea (chilled)

–       8 oz non-fat milk

–       ice

 

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk to the frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Cold button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour 4 oz of tea into each glass filled with ice, then stir in 4 oz of milk.

–       ¼ tsp coconut extract

–       8 oz orange juice

–       2 oz vodka (optional)

–       shaved ice for serving

–       orange slices, for garnish

 

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk and coconut extract to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Cold button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Meanwhile, fill each glass with shaved ice, 4 ounces of orange juice and 1 ounce of vodka (optional). Pour 4 ounces of frothed milk into each glass and stir.

Cold Strawberry Malt

May is National Strawberry Month. Enjoy this sweet fruit in our refreshing Cold Strawberry Malt.

–       3 tbsp. Malt powder

–       2 tsp. Sugar

–       1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract

–       1 tbsp. Fresh strawberries, minced

–       Whipped cream, for garnish

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add strawberry milk in the frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Cold button. Slowly add malt powder, sugar and vanilla extract to frothing pitcher. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Pour into glass, add fresh strawberries and stir well. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.

–       6 oz. skim milk

–       6 oz. epsresso, cooled

–       6 oz. chai tea, cooled

–       ice

 

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Cold button. Meanwhile, pour 3 ounces of espresso and 3 ounces of chai tea into glasses filled with ice, and stir well. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Spoon froth over espresso-chai tea mixture and enjoy.

 

Peppermint Affogato

Peppermint Affogato

–       1-2 oz. espresso

–       1 large scoop peppermint ice cream

Start by placing one large scoop of peppermint ice cream into a cup and placing it into the freezer for 15 minutes to an hour to harden.  Using your EC100 Espresso Machine, brew the espresso into a small cup.  Once espresso is done brewing, remove the scoop of ice cream from the freezer and slowly pour the espresso shot over the ice cream. Enjoy immediately.

Root Beer Froth

We’re frothing up the classic fountain drink — Root Beer Float — to make our tasty Root Beer Froth. This light and refreshing beverage is simple to prepare and a real treat for your taste buds.

–       8 oz. Root beer

–       8 oz. Non-fat milk

–       2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

–       Ice

 

Using your froth PLUS, place the frothing disk in the frothing pitcher and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add milk and vanilla extract to frothing pitcher and press Cold button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Fill each glass with 4 oz. of root beer and several ice cubes. Pour frothed milk directly over root beer.

 

Dairy-Free Peaches and Cream Froth

Dairy-Free Peaches and Cream Froth

1 serving

–       4 oz. sweetened vanilla almond milk

–       4 oz. iced peach tea

–       Ice

Place the frothing disk in your Capresso froth PLUS or your froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher and press Cold button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Place ice into a glass and fill half way with iced peach tea. Pour frothed milk on top, stir and enjoy.

*UPDATE: Use your Iced Tea Maker to make peach tea.

Add sliced peaches and sugar to the Iced Tea Maker pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon to release the juices. Fill the pitcher with ice, and place onto the machine. Add tea bags to brew basket and close lid. After brewing, pour tea into ice-filled glass. Pour frothed milk on top, stir and enjoy.

Chocolate Pecan Froth

We’re nuts over this Chocolate Pecan Froth recipe. The iced drink captures the flavors of chocolate covered pecans for a sweet and salty delight.

Chocolate Pecan Froth

1 serving

–       8 oz almond milk or low-fat milk

–       3 Tbsp chocolate syrup

–       2 Tbsp chopped pecans

–       Ice

Place the frothing disk in your Capresso froth PLUS and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the frothing pitcher. Add milk to the frothing pitcher and press Cold button. After two minutes remove the frother lid and slowly add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup. Replace lid and wait for frother to automatically shut off. On a plate, pour remaining chocolate syrup. Dip rim of glass into the syrup until rim is fully covered. On another plate, pour chopped pecans and drip rim of glass into pecans until rim is fully covered. Place a few ice cubes into glass and pour chocolate milk over ice.
