January is National Hot Tea Month. Celebrate with this new Pomegranate-Ginger Tea that will warm up your weekend. If cold season has you feeling down, this recipe contains a dose of antioxidants to help.
– 1 serving
– 2 green tea bags
– 3 teaspoons POM Wonderful pomegranate juice
– 3 teaspoons Mānuka honey
– Fresh ginger, 4-5 thin slices
Use your Capresso electric water kettle with variable temperature control to heat water for brewing the green tea. Pour water into a cup. Add the sliced ginger and pomegranate juice to the hot water and steep along with the green tea bags. Remove ginger slices before drinking. Mix in the honey, serve warm and enjoy.
