Green Tea and Champagne Cocktail

Celebrate Mother’s Day by serving a unique drink: Green Tea & Champagne Cocktail. Perfect for brunch, this drink combines two of our favorite flavors.

Green Tea and Champagne Cocktail

Serves 4

–       24 oz water

–       2 Green tea bags

–       1 bottle of brut Champagne

–       Sugar to taste

–       twist of lemon

In your Capresso H20 Steel, bring water to a boil. Pour water into a teapot, add tea bags, and steep for 3-5 minutes. Let tea cool for about 2 hours. When ready to serve, fill each champagne flute with equal parts green tea and Champagne. Add sugar and a twist of lemon to taste. Enjoy!

Black Tea Cocktail

Get ready for the weekend with our Black Tea Cocktail. Don’t be fooled by its sophisticated flavor; this cocktail has a small list of ingredients and is easy to prepare!

Black Tea Cocktail

1 serving

–       2 ounces brewed black tea

–       2 ounces gin

–       2 ounces club soda

–       ice

–       lemon and lime wedges, for garnish

Use your Capresso Electric Water Kettle to heat water for brewing the Black Tea. Add black tea, gin and club soda to a glass with ice. Stir well and garnish with wedges of lemon and lime. Enjoy!

Crème De Menthe Hot Chocolate

Crème de menthe and peppermint schnapps add a minty kick to this hot chocolate recipe.

Crème De Menthe Hot Chocolate

2 servings

–       10 ounces non-fat milk

–       2 tbsp hot chocolate mix

–       ½ tsp crème de menthe

–       1 ounce peppermint schnapps

–       whipped cream and peppermint candy, for garnish

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Warm button. After about 2 minutes, slowly add hot chocolate mix, crème de menthe and peppermint schnapps. Wait for frother to automatically shut off.  Pour into glasses, and top with whipped cream and peppermint candy.

Amaretto Hot Chocolate

We turned hot chocolate into a tasty cocktail. Sweet and rich, enjoy Amaretto Hot Chocolate as dessert or a nightcap on a chilly fall evening.

–       8 ounces milk

–       3 tablespoons hot chocolate powder

–       2 tablespoons amaretto liquor

–       Whipped cream and sprinkles, optional

 

Place frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the pitcher. Add milk to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Hot button. After about 2 minutes, slowly add the hot chocolate powder. After about 30 seconds, slowly add the amaretto. Wait for frother to automatically shut off.  Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy.

Russian Coffee

We put an “adults-only” twist on coffee. This Russian Coffee recipe, made with the Coffee à la Carte, is flavorful and sweet with the great taste of Kahlua.

– 5 ounces coffee

– 1 ounce vodka

– ½ ounce Kahlua

– 1 teaspoon Amaretto almond liqueur

– 2 teaspoons sugar

– Whipped cream for garnish

 

In your Coffee à la Carte, brew coffee to taste. Pour vodka, Kahlua, and Amaretto almond liqueur into coffee cup. Stir in sugar. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

 

**Should be consumed by adults 21 or older. Please drink responsibly.

Orange Chi Chi

–       ¼ tsp coconut extract

–       8 oz orange juice

–       2 oz vodka (optional)

–       shaved ice for serving

–       orange slices, for garnish

 

Place the frothing disk into the froth enhancer of your Capresso froth TEC and ensure it is securely snapped inside the bottom of the milk pitcher. Add milk and coconut extract to frothing pitcher. Place lid and press the Cold button. Wait for frother to automatically shut off. Meanwhile, fill each glass with shaved ice, 4 ounces of orange juice and 1 ounce of vodka (optional). Pour 4 ounces of frothed milk into each glass and stir.
